Privacy Policy
The short version: we only collect what you send us through the call-back form, we use it only to call you back, and we never sell or share it.
Last updated October 8, 2026.
Who this covers
This policy covers timsnelson.com, the website of Tim Snelson’s Pumping Unit Service, 7812 W Interstate 20, Midland, TX 79706.
What we collect
The call-back form. Your name, your phone number, and your message if you write one. Everything you send reaches the website over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
Visit counts. The site counts page views, taps on our phone number, and what kind of place each visit came from (such as Google, Facebook, a QR code or another website), so we can see whether the website is doing its job. Only that label is counted; the address of the page you came from stays in your browser. It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your phone or computer. To tell visits apart, it turns your IP address and browser type into a scrambled code that changes every day, and keeps only that code, never your IP address. So the counts can’t follow you from one day to the next.
How we use it
We use your details only to call you back, and the visit counts only to see how the website is doing. We don’t add you to any mailing list, and we never sell, rent or trade your information.
Who else handles it
Netlify hosts this website. Like every web host, it receives your IP address and browser type each time a page loads, and keeps them in its server logs to run the site and keep it secure. Netlify and the companies it uses for this are in the United States. We don’t use those logs. Netlify also stores call-back requests, and each one is checked for spam by Akismet, a service of Automattic, Inc. (also in the United States). A copy of each request is emailed to the office and to our web developer, Reza Systems, who runs the website for us.
The map on our Contact page is a picture served from this website. Its Google Maps and Apple Maps buttons, and the Get directions link, take you to those services, where their own privacy policies apply.
How long we keep it
We keep it so we can get back to you and count how many requests the website brings in. Ask, and we’ll delete it.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you’ve sent us, email privacy@rezasystems.com. Our web developer, Reza Systems, handles these requests. When you ask for deletion, they remove it from the website’s records and we delete our copies. You can also call the office at (432) 563‑2446.
Your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting doesn’t change anything here, because this site doesn’t follow you around the web.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
